PPD for 2P L5420

I have someone offering me a 2P server.
Xeon L5420 quads @2.5ghz that I may be able to bump to 3.0ghz.
I have kinda searched around looking for expected ppd and I can't seem to get anything definitive.
Some say about mid 20's and some say about 8k.

Any help would be appreciated.

So thats no Hyperthreading? That would be just 8 cores....I gotta think you'll get near 20K. What is the Mobo? Can you ugrade the Cpu's to something that will get you 16 cores(8+8). You would get Big Advance wu's then, and do really high PPD.
