I haven't made a final decision on crossfiring two 7950s. I want to determine the cost for a new xfire mobo that is:

1.) compatible with AMD Phenom II 960t BE Thuban AM3 and G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series DDR3 240pin

2.) have 2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots in dual 16x mode.

3.) Good VRM cooling 8+1 or 8+2 phase design

4.) 2 x USB 3.0 slots and 5 Sata III ports

My budget is $150.

Correction: please move thread to motherboard forum. tia

You can find one for $150. The Asus m5a99fx should fit the bill.. though not sure if its 8 phase. Let us know when you decide. ;)

Its not. That board is 6+2, but that should be fine for a 960T.

OP, you already seem to know what you want, just go look on Newegg or something, then come back with one or two you like. Easier for us to say "that board is known for problems" or "this one does great" than it is for us to find motherboards that fit your requirements.
