Does this have cooling possibilities?

Has anyone used one of these for cooling?

Sharper Image mini-fridge

Apparently it uses the Peltier effect to keep things hot or cold so it would be very quiet. I wonder if this would do a good enough job of cooling to eliminate a radiator with a fan. I was thinking you could run copper tubing to this and put a coil of it inside. They also have one that is slightly larger here.

Any thoughts or experiences?
