DDR3 1600Mhz is probably fast enough for your system. You can check what settings it's at in BIOS or CPU-Z and then adjust manually if they are not set at what the manufacturer recommends.
 
If you're looking to play around and see how high they will clock, it helps to know what ICs the kit uses. What Version # is printed on the sticker on the heat spreaders?
 
Except my model has a b at the end of it. I assume that stands for blue as mine are the color blue. I'm going to change the timings now.
 
I went into the bios DRAM CAS# Latency CHA:9 CHB:9
DRAM RAS# to CAS Delay CHA#9 CHB:9
DRAM RAS# PRE Time CHA#9 CHB#9
DRAM RAS# SCT Time CHA:24 CHB:24

But yet my Asus System Information says my MaxBandwidth is 667 Mhz. Isnt it supposed to be at around 1400-1600 MHZ?
