A8 7600 and RX 460 STRIX 4 gig

HI i got a8 7600 and rx 460 strix 4 gig, and 8 gig 1866Mhz.

But im having a low fps, is it because of my CPU too weak and it bottleneck with the GPU? thanks for you help!!!

hi thanks for you response. im playing csgo right now and i only got 90 to 120 fps and sometimes it stutters it goes down. all low settings, 1024 x 768

at this point, go download msi after burner.
learn to use the on screen display.
select to display cpu percentage and gpu percentage, I bet your gpu is low usage and the cpu is near 100%, this indicates that the cpu is the problem.
raise the resolution, and this will move more of the work load from the cpu, to the gpu.
