About system.ini performance

Hey guys, i am very curious about this.
About whether in inputting system.ini like the people in youtube does actually makes the speed of performance for computer to increase.

I have actually tested it myself. It seems like it does decrease, but the thing i dont understand is that it is 16bit app, where i am 64bit windows 7.

Any clue anyone?

The System.ini only exists in Win7 for 16-bit app support, so you're just wasting your time modifying it.

I see, so it is useless even though it has modified. Because it will not affect the current 64bits i got yea?
