AMD FX 8350 Temperatures

Hi just wanted to ask a few questions on temperatures on an AMD FX 8350.
At the moment, at 4ghz it sits at 19° on a coolermaster sedion cooler. When I overclock to 4.4 it goes up to 30-35°
Is this safe and normal or am I best to leave it at 4ghz?

Are those idle temps or under a load? Idle temps really don't help

That's the temp when idle. At start up. Should I run something and then check?

Use something like Prime95 to load the CPU. Have monitoring SW like HWMonitor free open and take a screen shot after ~ 20 minutes
