Nice results Dancer. :clap::thup:
I do have a couple of suggestions for you, to help boost performance. First, I noticed your memory is running in Ganged mode.. You should get quite an increase in memory bandwidth if you set that to Unganged mode. I did a test on my system using Sisoft Sandra memory benchmark, and scored about 15GB/s in Unganged mode, and dropped to 10GB/s while in Ganged mode. I'm betting you should see a similar result if you were to test it.
You've read Dolk's guide, did you see the information about systematically increasing the CPU-NB speed along with your CPU speed? At my current CPU speed of 3.81Ghz, I'm running my CPU-NB at 2600Mhz. I would suggest a similar increase in speed for yours as well, say 2600-2800Mhz at 1.25v or maybe 1.30v if ya need to go up to it. Also, keep your HT link exactly where it is, that is a perfect speed, and really doesn't need to go much higher than it's stock of 2000. Your numbers should increase across the board from these 2 changes, that hopefully optimize your system like it has mine. :D

Need to get some new screenies of my OC, now that it's a C3 and in Win7 instead of XP 64... :rolleyes:

New OC

Ok i know this isnt as high but i changed some other settings and all in all im very pleased. of course there will be more tweaking later.;)

This is a results only thread, please put results in posts.

Well we're making a little progress on the OC'ing of the 965 BE C3 on a Gigabyte 790XTA-UD4 with a Sapphire 5770. It's worth nothing that my CPU will not run with a NB frequency above 2200 MHz. and that I needed to bump the SB/HTT voltage a tad to get stability at 4.0 GHz. There's more left no doubt but I'm still working the hardware. :thup:

Ran prime95 x64 for 15 hrs by mistake, forgot I had started it and came home later to find it still running. Boinc had also started (my screen saver) running doing SETI and Rosetta on a 1 hr switch. My temps were 49 C (120.2 F) on the MB sensor, 38 C (100.4 F) on the core 0 sensor. GPU's were at 60 C ( 140 F) and 63 C ( 145.4 F). I did have Folding@home paused.

I started SETI back in the screen-saver only days myself (I was a member of TPS at the time :)) but lost track of that information and had to restart in '06. Doesn't matter much in the long run, though - I probably churn out more CS in a week than I did in those first two years. LOL!

BTW - It's "Overclockers.com" for all BOINC projects ... ;)
