So according to the sticky, because i have a copper/aluminum loop i should run car antifreeze, a biocide and distilled water correct?

most antifreeze is not clear - rather green which would look good.

Is there a recommended antifreeze?

You need a good antifreeze.

Toyota or Volkswagon sold at dealers used to be mentioned years ago. I have no idea, I went full on watercooling way before the small AIO units came into the world.

Many $20 per liter liquids are availible to buy, enough for your use. You could be fine using it for a year+ on your loop. But if temps etc cause issues, your PC could be down till you convert back to air cooling. It's up to you, your stuff.

A 30% antifreeze vs distilled should be fine over the 6 month recommended drain and refill cycle lots of us use for watercooling. Lots of info in the watercooling stickies in the watercooling forums.
