Antec True 430 w/X800Xt-PE

Would anyone know if this psu with all that I have in my sig, excluding the video card I have now, would work efficently with the new x800XT-PE and for ocing it as well?

All my molext plugs are taken. There is 1 wire thats by itself which looks square and has 8 holes (thinks). Is there a molex conversion for this connector?

1) OC'ing it might be difficult with the TP430. I'd look at replacing it with a True480/550 or the Fortron/Sparkle 530.

2) I'm not sure what cable that is. What color are the wires going into it? You might be able to turn it into a Molex if there are 1 red, 1 yellow, and 2 black wires.
