case temps is just the room in the air.. sometimes a few dregrees hotter..
its the cpu diode and socket that need cooling... my motherboard does not have the power to see the temp on the diode ..thats why i am getting a nf7-s ...
but with water cooling my socket is at 40 load.. and i guess the diode is lower ..as thats what happens with water cooling
