did this board get a bios to oc non k skylake cpus?

thw atx ver did from what ive found so far.

This board was released couple of months after non-K BIOS and that old microcode was released. Still if it works like full ATX OCF then you can switch microcode in BIOS so there is no separated non-K BIOS.
