Which one could I use?

Corsair 1GB DDR XMS4000PT TwinX (2x512MB) Platinum CAS3 (MY-023-CS)

Corsair 1GB DDR XMS3200LLPT TwinX (2x512MB) CAS2 (MY-018-CS)

And what is the difference between them?

Is it just PC4000 and PC3200,
So i have to go with PC3200?

the timings will be different, PC3200 will have much lower timings.

You can use either one. PC4000 speed might be a stretch to actually reach (250FSB).

Depends on how hard you're going to overclock and what CPU you have now.
