Asus Rampage Formula/ Q6600 GO --please help

I have been getting confusing recommendations based on settings options I either don't have or vise versa. So to help me I want to post my bios options and from there hopefully you can better help me.

Under stock settings I ran memtest for about 12 hours and found no errors. Also, under stock settings I ran Prime95 for 2 full passes and system passed it fine.

Also, Id like to add:

Some of the settings that are recommended to me here. Don't 100% work in my bios settings. Specifically, what I mean is at times a certain voltage setting or even ram setting is suggested, but when I get in my bios the exact setting isn't even an option. In such case, what do I do? Do I just go to the closest setting suggested (if so, over or under)?

I hope people aren't frustrated with me. I am somewhat overwhelmed with much information Ive read on this subject. But I'm willing to work more to get it to where its stable. Actually, I'm ok with slightly less agressive overclock if needed...perhaps 3.5 or 3.4.
