Asus X99 Accessories

I know that the X99 Deluxe board comes with the fan extension PCB, but where do I buy the board separately so I can use it with my x99-e ws board? I have searched and searched and cannot find it separately.

Also, if I decide to go with the x99 deluxe board, where can I get the module for my tv for the wireless display?

I would contact Asus directly, it's doubtful that any retailers will sell those parts.
