Unless you are really REALLY looking to push overclocking the CPU and memory with subambient cooling methods, motherboards don't really matter much outside of the factors Johan listed.
On B360 memory clock is limited and CPU overclocks pretty much the same on all boards (at least on ambient temps) so I wouldn't even compare overclocking on B360 motherboards. As long as it supports overclocking then is already good
As others said, check additional features, connectors and other things that you may need.
