I just posted this thread in General Discussion
https://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/797755
when it occurred to me that I should have maybe asked some of you cooling gurus about best ways to calculate the cooling efficiency, when it comes to a really large fan, a ceiling fan.
So when you do calculations on a really large scale, in my case two ceiling fans moving air inside a large room that measures 85 feet by 29 feet - how do you calculate the efficiency of a ceiling fan 1 vs ceiling fan 2 - if they have different blade sizes? I thought you simply compare Cubic Feet per Minute values, CFM values, but it turns out maybe there's more to it. What do you think?
