Why not get an exhuast pci fan? No room in the case? I't might be a bit old school but about 6 years ago so, I have just a heat sink card and I got something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835888602 It dropped my card down good 15c+. Make sure to exhaust the air not blow. 90+ heat blow everywhere else is not good lol

Use bubble gum.
Honestly it's a fan and there are a million ways to mount it. Just do it, rubber bands, bubblegum etc, whatever you find in the box.
It's just a fan needing put in a place. Figure it out for goodness.

Everybody loves zip ties. Just don't use elastic bands, they dry up and ping!
