cold cathode light question

i have a dual cold cathode light setup in my computer and want to add a third light to my case. now what i am wondering is can i could put two lights on just one side of the little converter/transformer thing and a third on the other? i dont want to try this my self for fear i will fry something and was wondering if anyone has done it without much thought to the effect, frying it or having it work?

unless you have a dual input inverter, you have to run all cathodes off their own inverter..and if you want 3, you will have to get a whole new kit... the ones at www.pcmods.com are nice and bright

if your inverter is only designed two take two tubes

then its not worth the risk get another inverter!

i just wanted to get one more light to put vertivally in the back of the case, but i might just get another set of dual cc lights and stick the extra somewhere else. this is wat the inverter looks like on my computer (its the blue thing superglued to the side of my psu) http://www.angelfire.com/ok5/trickstershideout/pics.html
