Chipset on ASUS TRX40 board 80C normal?

Hi guys:

On my ASUS ROG TRX40-e Gaming mobo, the chipset runs from 80-98c all the time. I am not overclocking the system, its all stock. Is this normal?

Seems a bit toasty... what is case airflow like?

10 fans, 6 intake (bottom and side) and four in exhaust mode, 3 on top and one on the rear next to the cpu.

no other component goes over 45c at idle. But the chip set starts at 39c on a fresh boot and quickly climbs up even in UEFI Bios mode without booting into windows.
