CNPS10x fit on M4A89TD

Hey does anyone here know if the Zalman cnps10x cpu cooler has a good fit on the Asus m4a89td? Thanks

Does the cooler mount so that it face bottom to top or front to back in the case or can you position it either way?

From what I found on the net it looks like to mount the cooler on an amd mb, the cooler would be facing downwards. I'm not sure if there is enough clearance or not with 4 sticks of ram

Do your RAM sticks have the high-rise heatsinks on them or are they standard height sticks? Some coolers that extend over the RAM slots are tall enough to allow standard RAM sticks to mount under them ...

I'm using the corsair xms3 (6g -3x2g). they are low profile as far as I know
