You plan on building a gaming pc, And doesn't go well for this...

Have a look at eBay and classified. Check also this French site(leboncoin.fr). Very good deals on CPU's and MoBo. I got a 3770k one year ago for €150.

I'd go with:

- 3570k, €150max (boxed CPU's have a 3 years manufacturer's warranty).
- Z77 motherboard (asrock pro3/4, extreme 3/4) €50/60
- amd 7970/280x (preferably voltage unlocked) €130 max. If you can find one still under warranty, by S/Not, that's even better
- 2*4gb of ddr3, 1600MHz/CL8 or better (usually lifetime warranty or 10 years minimum) €50 max

That's €380/400

To buy new:
- PSU, 600W quality one (Corsair CX600M, BeQuiet pure power 550w, EVGA SuperNova...)
€50
- SSD 250gb €100 (Samsung EVO)
- HDD 1TB €70
- Whatever case you like for €40/60

That's +/- €650/700

unfortunately I couldnt find anywhere so low prices for used items as the ones you mentioned. despite this I am thinking to get everything new except the graphic card. I will get I think the R9 280x , seems awesome GPU

can someone explain me for what CL stands in RAM? i.e.: Kingston HX316C9SRK2/8 Arbeitsspeicher 8GB (1600MHz, CL9) DDR3-RAM Kit

does it means class 9 ? and if yes what is a class in RAM? I saw this model of kingston is newer and cheaper and almost the same as the ones in my build expect it is CL9 expect CL8 .

additional question : whats the difference between Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P and Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P?

Primarily power delivery to the CPU. The 970AUD3P has much more robust power delivery. It's the one you want. You don't want a weak power section for FX CPUs. The DS3P would probably be fine for an FX quad core but a 6 or 8 core should be on the UD3P.

quick thought : I found a CPU called Intel Pentium G3258. Actually is way cheaper than FX 6300 , half price to be precise . Is it way worst than FX 6300? are they similar? Do you have any clues about it ?

While an overclocked 3258 does offer compelling value and gaming performance, I think we can all agree that you are better off with a 6300 overclocked.
Even better would be to get a used ivybridge CPU and mobo for the price of the 6300 and mobo and have much higher performance that way.

and what about the Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ? I searched a bit and I found its kinda better than teh FX6300. its a bit more expensive though. DO you think it has better perfomance than the FX? also maybe you know whats this new technology called Haswell or smth ? thanks and sorry for annoying you guys :(
