Do I need to worry about this?

I'm running Win7 Pro, Sp1.

I don't know if this is a coincidence, but after installing and running Acronis True Image for WD, I am now getting a: "waiting for background programs to close" pop-up when I shut down. It lasts less than a second, and is more of an annoyance than anything else. I've seen this message before on the Win7 laptops at work. Also, just an annoyance.

Do I need to do anything about this?

Check to see if your "Startup" folder contains programs that you don't need running in the background. Some of these will cause the echo you see.

Yup. Unchecked Acronis True Image and Acronis Scheduler Helper and it's gone.

Thanks.
