Dual WC Titan Blacks... Maxing out on 3 ROG Swifts

Dual WC Titan Blacks - running 3x ROG swifts
Guys I am underway with my build and had a question.

I opted for dual r9 290s with a view of upgrading to the Maxwell cards when they come out. When the maxwells come out I could use one 290 in my other rig and sell the second on eBay.

I just won a decent amount playing poker and am considering upgrading to dual wc Titan blacks and not getting the maxwell cards when they come out.

So may I ask for some advise:
1) would dual wc Titan Blacks achieve 100+ FPS with max settings on 3 ROG Swifts?
2) is there any info yet in the gtx 790 and would that be a better option?
3) what would you do?

I wouldn't touch the titan blacks. They are fine cards, but... They are priced even higher and worse than the amd cards. Not worth it IMO...

1. For the vast majority of titles, sure (so will the 2 290s you already have really).
2. Rumors about specs have surfaced... But to answer, not really.
