I get where the confusion comes from. I wasn't very clear on this, it's two different pumps. First when I made the post it was about a pump that I'm having in a bay reservoir, which is the one I linked first (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/1...led_Single_Version.html?id=xSF3gMu3&mv_pc=151). There I asked about which extension cables I would need etc.
Later I asked a question about another pump/res combo where I linked the reservoir/pump combo: http://www.xs-pc.com/water-pumps/d5-photon-170-reservoirpump-combo . The pump in this combo has that wire that I was confused about. So I'm guessing I wasn't as clear as I thought I was about which pump I meant. Sorry =P
