As far as the power supply you picked out a good quality power supply in the correct wattage range. I would personally sick with that unless you can find something comparable on sale.

As for the cooler. How much are you looking to spend total on the cooler. There are better coolers out there but most are going to cost more. If you really cannot afford more the 212 evo is a good cooler and is highly recommended. I would also look at the hyper 212x as that is the newer version and seems to be going for the same price for a slight bump in performance.

Will you be overclocking the CPU? That question ties in with your cooler question.
