FTP or ? Setup

I want to be able to share audio files and pics with freind and family accross the network. Something like a personal Kazza, etc. What are the recomendations and how do you set it up. I have cable broadband access.

I would do an FTP server. If you have Windows 2K/XP, you can do this quite easily with IIS. All you would need to do is configure it to not allow anonymous access, set it for the right IP address, and configure the home directory. If you are behind a router, you will need to configure port forwarding too.
