Hey there,
I currently am running a FX4100 [email protected] on stock cooler. Wondering if it would bottleneck a 560ti or a 660ti. In the near future, I'll probably get a gtx 560ti due to the fact that its a bit cheaper than the 650ti on ebay. Later on, I'll get a new heatsink and oc the 4100 to 4.6ghz to support a 660ti, but will it still bottleneck?

Thanks

A fx4100 will not bottleneck a single 560ti/650ti/660ti with your overclock. If you can afford the 660 ti now go for it. In most games the 560ti with 1gb will be bottle necked due to vram buffering. Bf3 for example uses almost 1.5gb at 1080p ultra settings. You need 2gb of vram for all newer titles I know the pain I have two 560ti's and they get destroyed in new titles.
