gpu not working at x16

Hi i have gtx 780 with 4670k.

i just bought new mobo.asus z87-a

i have a problem.i installed gpu to pciex16_1 slot

but in gpu-z i see its working at pci express x2 v3.0(AT load)

how can i change this to x16

If it won't change to x16 even while stress testing, then either re-seat the card or try moving it to another slot.
