H100 issue, but still cool temps

Ok, so I walked into my room today and notice the lights on the H100 block were not light up, I also noticed 1 fan not working. When I put my hand on the tubing it feels like the pump is still running but the pass through for the fans is not.
I've only had it less the 2 weeks, Plugging the fans into the Mobo they work fine, just no 1/2/3 stage light or pass through is working. I've check the back and no kinks in the cable, what you think happened.

My guess would be a fan controller issue ..... time to start the RMA process I think or just run your fans off a fan controller or your motherboard.

well I've had it less then 2 weeks, think i'll take it to Microcenter tomorrow and swap it out for another one.
