How to get my 1055t to 4GHZ

Hello guys, my problem here is that i cant get my 1055t to get pass the 3821 Mhz mark and i would like it to go at 4.02 ghz. so here are my setting :
Mobo:crosshair IV Formula.
CPU Cooling: Corsair H100
RAM cooling: Dominator airflow
Case: Haf x

Voltage and freq: (Stable)

CPU busSpeed: 272= 3821 Mhz: 1.392v
Mem: patriot sector 5 1333Mhz @ 1445mhz 9-9-9-24-32 1.55v
Cpu /NB: 2729 Mhz 1.36v
Ht link : 2456 Mhz 1.25v
Max cpu temp : 50-55c depend if AC on in the house

Drop the cpu multiplier to say 10 and see if you can get to 300FSB. Some boards will not do it. You certainly need to drop the memory divider to 1066 and the HT and CPU/NB divider to keep them from getting too too high when you see if you can get to 300FSB. You also need to add some cpu voltage since 1.42Vcore will not be enough. May take up to 1.475 even to get close.
 
The problem I think you may run into is the limitation of your 1333 mhz ram which you are already overclocking at 1455 mhz. You would need to change the ram divider to slow the ram down and the sacrifice in performance you would experience from doing that may easily out weigh the extra .2 ghz in CPU frequency.
