I need help picking a card out.

My spending limit is $0-480.00.
I will be using one monitor at 1080p.

Ive been looking at the evga gtx 670 OC and the sapphire Radeon 7970 OC( I like the way this card looks.)
All advice will be appreciated.

Well, I wouldn't argue with Jen-Hsun Huang if he decided to sell GTX690s for 0$.
