I should get 1333MHZ but it says I have 669MHZ please HELP! :(

Can someone help me out here. I have 8GB RAM and I should get 1333MHZ but it says I have 669 MHZ on Speccy and other alternatives like SPeccy. Please can someone help me.

I'm new to PC gaming and I'm not getting my money worth

It is behaving correctly. The memory is double pumped. Double the speed shown and it is correct.

SPeccy and other reporting software reports the DDR memory bus speed, not the DDRx transfer rate which is twice the bus frequency.
