Intel Core i5 2430M - NOT WORKING

Hi,

I have a PC but that reboots itself after the Windows XP Logo appears......den shows the error message: "Error 162 -System Options not Set"...............clicking in 'F1 Boot', it went on to the 'safe mode' and 'start windows normally'.......but still reboots back to the error message. Can't even reach the Password screen.

PC Details;
- HP Compaq 6000 Pro Small Form Factor PC
- Intel (R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz
- DDR3
- 4096 MBytes

........any help to sort this out??

Sounds like you need to reinstall windows. Possibly a corrupted windows install.
