intel extreme tuning utility not working anymore it say not contacted

iv formated my pc. i installed intel extreme tuning utility not working why ? the extreme tuning utility service could not be contacted

Hey dude no need for multiple threads on the same topic. My guess is when you "format" your PC you erased the tuning utility too. That's why we here prefer BIOS OCing.
