I'm thinking this is a driver issue, likely USB or video driver.
If I were you I would disconnect all but the most essential USB devices such as mouse and keyboard. And I would make sure nothing is using a USB 3.0 port for the time being.
I would also temporarily pull your video card and use the onboard video.
I'm stumped... I would secure ATA erase the SSD, clear the CMOS and enter defaults when prompted then reboot before making any additional BIOS changes afterwards...
edit: check your windows logs, that will be our best help. It's pretty good about recording errors, even if you arent getting a BSOD. Post your findings here.
