make folder appear in my pc?

this is a screenie of my pc.
hidden amongst all the folders in the seagate backup drive is my blender folder.
how can I make a direct link to that folder here, in my pc?
yea, I know, I'm not so creative with my drives names........

Alternatively right click the folder and “add to quick access” would be one way ? Or make a direct link to desktop ?

the right click, select pin to quick access will work just fine,

Pretty hard to screw up 'shortcut to desktop'.
