I never understood this sleeve each wire individually idea.

I could see bringing them together and rounding them to reduce their cross section. Molex power cables come to mind. But why make your cables so much thicker so they block more air flow?:screwy:

I guess it's a matter of style not function. What ever floats you boat I guess. :D

EDIT: I almost forgot. Very nice build!

makes for fantastic looking cable managmenet if done right.

Wow that realy is a sexy build, must have taken forever to sleeve all that! Definitely on of the nicest build i have seen in my whole life.

Oh and Owenator you definitely have one of the most creepy build i have ever seen lol!

does that have 4 heatercores?!
Nah, just one in the front. It's from a 2000 Ford Escort. That's a composite shot of the rear > side > front.

Oh and Owenator you definitely have one of the most creepy build i have ever seen lol!
Really? Back in the day (2003-ish) it was sexy. Well, maybe not sexy but not "creepy". Those were the wild west days for overclocking. You made most of your parts custom.

Now it is all store bought and IMHO easy.

But they do look much better I agree. Like the OP's PC it's very nice looking!

Well its just the cluster**** of tubes at the bottom that bothers me, i know short tubes is better but you have so much unused space at the top where you could mount the pump.......but yeah then it leaks ALL OVER the parts :S

No, not a cluster. Just simple tubing runs. I used a block of my own design that had a center inlet and two outlets. MAybe I should start reposting my old articles as "trips down memory lane" or something ? hmmm...

Sorry for the thread hi-jack!

Thanks Owenator! sleeving individually helps you get the cable through thinner areas and fit in more flexible areas. I would not have been able to run the 24 pin through that thin area if it was a bunch. Unfortunately in a torture rack, there's no where to hide the excess cabling, so it does get a little messy.

Thank you Evochuck!

Work in Process... I have to wait for my new res before I can complete the lower part.

oh my pron!

i know 90° aren't really an issue when there are a couple, but it seems you have plenty there.. I'm wondering what type of performance you expect.. (I'm a noob at wc'ing so I want more info!!! how many and what pumps are you using to push through all that tubing?)

we are going to find out! I'm using 1 Swiftech MPC655. I have another one if I need it. We'll see how this affects my temps.

I'm just using distilled. I'd love to use a UV coolant, but I am afraid of clogging.

I do have a way of doing it, i have the bitspower T blocks that i was going to use to shine lights in a couple of places. The unfortunate thing is I have to manage my cable clutter since there's nowhere to hide it.
