You bclk is raised... lower it and you will see the 2133Mhz option.

What is odd to me is this is 2133Mhz ram but there is no XMP profile for it?

Ahhh turns out i have to change the top setting from manual to XMP. Doing so changed the bclk to 100 and automatically selected the 2133Mhz!

So in Bios it all looks good, but in CPU-Z i'm now pulling off an impressive 1060Mhz... Any ideas?

1066mhz is the speed, double data rate (ddr)...2133mhz
So yeah, it's ok now.
