My new PC is freezing!!!

Those temps look quite normal for what they can be with that setup.
I really doubt that the H105 can do much better. Using the rad as intake will help but in turn make the GPU sweat more than it should.
Add one or two intake fans and place a fan over the VRM. Case airflow is what you need to improve like mentioned before. That will bring down all temps.
That package temp in the picture is likely just a spike in CPU usage.
 
Hello, people. I was testing my PC this week. I installed inner fans and my GPU max temperature was 65C in game. So, the PC continues the freezing, but now, sometimes it take long, sometimes it happens in some minutes.
This happens when i play a game (The witcher 2, i will try other games) or watch the streamming videos.

OBS: When the PC freezes now, i can hear a loud noise from spekers.
