Need Help Identifying something strange.

I need help figuring out what exactly this thing is. Im not some super watercooling person so i dont really have a lot of knowledge watercooling parts. let me know please.

It's an additional port for the radiator. Hard to tell from the pic if it's accessible or not. Does it have a plug that is removable? If so, you can attached more tubing for cooling, otherwise it's a preform from the molding that is available for use with other makes and models.

That is the fill port used only for filling by the manufacture.

all i know is that its metal port with a rubber plug and i cant remove the sticker or i void the warrenty.
