Need Ideas on cheap Mobo

Hey guys my parents Sony Vaio PC went capoot. I need a cheap mobo and CPU on newegg. They dont do serious gaming just email, Itunes, and netflix. Cheapest is best. 50-75 dollar range and ATX Mini sounds fine if they dont do heavy gaming right? What do u guys think?

We need to know what cpu you will use given a price range and how many cores?

We need to know what ram you will use?

We need to know what kind of video you will use? Onboard or StandAlone video card?

We need to know what you will do for a power supply because most of the readi-builts have a very weak power supply and the minute you add much to the system, the power is not enough?

Many of those proprietary systems will have a particular front of case switch to mobo to start the motherboard to booting. How will this be addressed?
