Very soon I will be buying a new motherboard for an i5 (LGA 1155), I was wondering what one would be good for it?

(should I get one with SLI, even tho I wont use it any time soon?)

Price range=$140
Computer use=Gaming

Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 for 'sane' overclocks (up to 4.8Ghz or so).

As far as SLI/Crossfire support, that is up to you, not us. If you think you will use it, get a board that supports it. ;)

'Sane' :p lol

Gigabyte z77x-Ud3h is solid, has better vrm too and longer warranty.
The cheaper z77x-d3h is similar and can oc pretty well too...

Up to you ultimately though.
