OCF Benching Team May 2015 Get-Together!

A number of us are getting together this weekend (5/15/15-5/17/15) for good times. Good crew, lots of smiles (I'm sure an occasional, fleeting frown), lots of beer (for afterward) and 400+ liters of LN2!

Stay tuned for some nice pics (it's a hardware pr0n extravaganza), subs and general misbehavior!

Put it this way, it's hard to bench in that much water, I got a couple, Manny did pretty well I think. His FX-8350 was really rockin. I almost got the 8GHz I was going for and spent hours at it. Did get just over 8 but the Save failed and I was left with this.

I got a few subs nothing great had issues on top of issues most of the weekend and my 4690k bugs around -98. Even with the issues it was a very fun weekend gaming out and having some beers as well.

Lots of fun had the last two days. I will attest to Johan working haaard for the 8.0 sub on the 9370. He spent most the day yesterday and almost all day today trying for the illusive 8.0 which he did have but it didn't save. We all had issues with the humidity today, I was able to get some good runs today on Cinebench 11.5 and 15 with my Fx 8350. It was all down hill from there, water every where from the condensation was causing some issues. Even after switching boards I was able to get a few runs in and then the water just was causing issues. Yesterday was a more productive day for me. I'll post some more when I get home but here's the Cine 11.5 and 15 from today.

That was a great time gentlemen (and ladies of those gentlemen)!! It was awesome to meet you guys and put a face to a handle and real name! I didnt take any pictures so I am looking forward to seeing what we got!

It was great to meet all of you. Thanks for the warm welcome to the OCF Benchteam.
Weather was rough for benching and I was interested in meeting and socializing, but did get one or two decent runs. Was concentrating on 580L the short period I benched.

Really was fun despite the conditions, I had a few runs but water was quick to appear benching 3D

Next time we get together possible need to look into a conditioned space so we can really rip it up .........

However gave me time to make sure everyone had what they needed, socialize and drank quite a bit of beer

I'm still amazed that you were even able to get those runs Witchy. It looked like he had put a garden hose on his board while running the Tri Fire benches. Water was just pouring off the board it was pretty funny watching Witchy trying to keep all 4 pots filled and bench at the same time. Kudos to you Witchy, that was a heck of a lot of fun, meeting everyone was a blast. In total I figured I was able to bench without issues for about 9 hours, I still haven't been able to go through all my subs, but here is a few.

Got home abou an hour ago, squared a few things away and prepping to veg on the couch till I pass out.Thanks again Witchy, great time, great people and we'll do it again I'm sure. Want to see how much they'd rook me for a delivery like that.480L hard to say, I'm not in a convenient location I know that.
