ive been offered a 1GB set of OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Platinum Rev 2 for a very reasonable price. would this memory work in my current mobo, and the one i have bought for my new build (both in sig). and will it work with my current memory.

yes, it will work in both systems. It will work in the ASrock one rather well.
