I am trying to reformat my OS, but Windows nor my PC is showing Windows in the optical drive. When I put something like Crysis in the optical drive, it shows right away. :/

I believe Crysis also comes on a DVD..
Have you tried booting from the Windows install disk? Have you also tried putting the windows disk in another computer? It sounds like it could be a problem with your media.
