You don't need both dead water + silver kill coil. On the other hand I have added it for added security but some will say its over doing it but it won't hurt either but no you don't need both.

Plan out your loop as you might need some angle fittings and chances are you will to clean up the routes instead of having some bends that can lead to kinks or just a messy look overall that can possibly impede the cases air flow internally. Not a big deal but should be taken into consideration.
