Cleaned out completely and am running at 4.2Ghz and keeps under 50 even under torture tests, usually less than 40 for regular use.

Good to hear you still have room to go higher, try 4.3ghz/4.4ghz.

Hi. I've got a similar issue as you had. Are you still running that CPU/mobo? Could you please share with me the complete list of changes you did in bios? Would be glad to try copying them. Is there anything except mentioned
CPU/NB 1.3v, CPU/VDDA 2.5V, multiplier 4ghz (x20) and raise CPU voltage to 1.3v.
