Overclocking Graphics Cards

I was wondering , when overclocking the graphics card , what are the possible components that I can overclock ( e.g. GPU / Shaders / Memory ) ??

Depends on the card.. what do you have? Some you clock the shaders and core together (forced), otheres its separate. In ati its just core you can change and mem.

What about nVidia , particularly speaking , GeForce GTX 460 1GB . Does it allow Core , Shaders & Memory overclocking ??

yep
ati cards are just core and mem

Correct ^^, but the core and shader are attached at a 1:2 ratio with this generation of card.
