p8z77-v bios glitch help

hi
i have trouble to acces the bios after an OC
i can't acces the bios
i have a asus p8z77-v, someone tell me it's a bios glitch
when i press DEL or F2, F8 the only option i have after i press the DEl button
is to chose win 7 or memory test

the fast boot bypass the
UEFI i can can't acces to the bios

Try a BIOS reset using the jumper or removing the battery.

sorry i forgot to tell i try this
but <if i try to overclock the troublle come back
yesterday i update the bios and it work's properly but this moring it came back and i can't go in the bios
